Is it possible to transfer carriers with CDMA phones? I am asking because my girlfriend wants a Pink Pearl which has just been released by Verizon Wireless. However, she is located in Canada on the Telus network. Would it be possible to buy this phone off eBay and get it activated on Telus for her to use given they are both CDMA? If this is possible how would I go about doing this? Would I have to unlock the phone and then just get it started on her Telus contract? Thank you in advance!
