I seem to be having a problem with my phone.

I have tried to reset it by taking out the battery and holding down the end call button and replacing the battery but it didn't work. I'm not sure what is wrong.

It started this morning just before I went to shower. My phone was fine, I was online searching around, I clicked on a link, once it started to load, it seemed to be taking a while. From there I decided to set my phone on the shelf and take my shower. When I got out I noticed that my red LED light was blinking as if I had a text message. I pushed the end button to make the backlight come on and nothing happened. that is when I tried the reset several times. Nothing happens. Please help me fix this?!

Have you tried plugging the phone into the wall charger?
