    For what ever reason BIS keeps sending me the same email over and over again. I have checked my pop3 account that it is coming from and there is the one email but for what ever reason it keeps sending me the notification of that same email.

    No its not Gmail. Its a pop3 roadrunner account.

    Try moving that email to another folder on your PC, (if it's still in your inbox).

    Well its still on the roadrunner email server. I'm hoping that once I get home and download my emails that BIS will stop sending me the notifications since it won't be on the server anymore.

    After downloading the said email to MS Outlook BIS finally stopped sending me the notification. Thanks for your quick replies.
