All of a sudden my phone shows no caller ID when it rings. No phone number, no picture, no anything. I first thought that I had accidentally changed an option somehow, but then I saw in the manual that it it not possible to turn off caller ID. Can anybody tell me how to get caller ID back? Thanks for any and all ideas.

This has happened to my wifes pearl. Battery pull does the trick.

Thank you for your quick response - I pulled the battery, put it back, called my phone, and caller ID has returned. Big relief!

Pretty much anything can be solved with a good battery pull
