Well, it is not a huge problem but every once in a while when the phone was sitting on the home screen. The ABC thing pops up on the top right hand corner of the screen right hiding the signal strength bar, for no reason. I can sometimes get it off by going into OPTIONS and selecting a setting on and off then it disappears for awhile then it'll eventually come back. BTW, I have version 4.3, should I try upgrading to 4.5???
Its just a button you are hitting on accident. I don't use my pearl anymore, so I'm struggling to remember, but its something like multi tap or alt... Something like that.

Thanks guys for the help, I think it is fixed, for now at least BTW... what is the major difference in upgrading to 4.5??? Are there any new themes to it??
No new themes. The browser/media player are both updated, and docs to go/html email are supported. I wouldn't recommend updating your OS unless you are completely familiar with your device.
