    How can I get this thing to vibrate or give me a tone when I get a new msg? All it does is give me the little flashing lite

    Go to profiles, advanced, highlight the profile you want to change, press the menu button, select edit, and you will see the options for Messenger, you can change the tone/vibrate in there.
