We got my wifes pearl working from alltel that we purchased on ebay. But we ran into a problem when trying to create her bb mail account. Do you know if this can be reset? Has anyone went through it at all? Any advice would be appreciated!
Finally got my wife to switch!!!!!!!! YAY!!!!

You should contact the person you purchased the phone from and ask them to release the PIN.
