My BB has been charging for 3 hrs, it was at 50% when I plugged it in and it's still at 50% Anyone else had this problem?? If so what did you do to correct it?

Your battery is dead. Check to by another one soon. If you are looking for good price check on ebay.

I went to my neighborhood sprint store and told the manager and he said "Oh, the same thing happened to my pearl" walked to the back and came back with a battery and says "Have a nice day". Try your local sprint store.

The same thing happened to me last week.
Sprint ordered me a new one, and when it came in they transferred everything from my old one to the new one so it was all the same.

I'd definitely take it in.

Thanks for all the responses!! I'll go into the sprint store and see what they can do. As for ebay does anyone know if those batteries are OEM? The prices are really cheap and it makes me wonder if there offical BB batteries.

This is a must have for me. Before the battery stopped charging it was draining really fast. I made one call and received 2 text and it was down to like 50%.

OEM= Original Equipment Manufactured (or something like that).
now these are 3rd party items. but they meet the specs of the OEM, just with longer battery life.
i prefer not to by much of anything on ebay for my $400 phone.

Time to order the extended battery.
