Enter username and password, click enter then it tells me "Unable to Sign In we were unable to sign you into Mobile banking. Please visit Online Banking from a destop or laptop computer to resolve this issue. we apologize for the inconvenience."
I log in from a desktop but it does not resolve the issure.
i would email BOA from a computer and tell them the issue you are having with mobile BOA. i use that mobile site every day and i have no issues. also, try clearing your phone's cache and then logging in via the wap site.
