hey guyz i just got the new pearl with the 30 dollar unlimited internet and email and i forgot to ask if there are any limits. like are there features on my phone that if i use i will get charged for like maps and such. any help would be great i cant call verzion becuse its midnight lol
There were people getting dropped from verizon for taking" unlimited data" literally,go figure,so there is a cap,at 5mb as stated before,so be careful that your carrier might send the goons after you.

Lots of rumors floating around.
I heard that they really don't enforce this unless you are a habitual offender. Then I guess they give you a warning.
Anyone ever been bumped?
hey everyone, my name is eric and i'm new to the forums. i've just ordered my first blackberry and should be arriving in a day or two. little secret.. i actually work for verizon wireless and can shed a little light into this subject.
there is a 5gig cap on data transfer and before, if you exceeded this number they would suspend data service till they talk to you to confirm your usage. now if you exceed that cap amount.. they turn down your data transfer capability down to 400kbps.
and the 5gb limit is in the ToS booklet. It also says they reserve the right to charge for overage and reduce your download speed to help aleviate the possible impact on other users
