I did the "seperate" . I have 2 folders one for emails and 1 for sms, but all my emails are going into both places. I changed setting for seperate and its still happening. is it normal to have the emails go into both folders?
Is there a way to just have the emails go into the email folder and not my sms folder?
Yes, it's normal. I have mine set up this way also because if you have multiple email accounts on your device, i have three, all emails from all accounts will go there, it's easier than managing three seperate folders, just one icon for all...
I have SMS folder, ( only texts go there). I have Att.blackberry folder and Sbcglobal.net folder and then a Level 1 messages folder. I get my sbcglobal.net (which is my regualr email) and my level 1 folder with the same emails. I moved the level 1 folder so you cant see it I think I fixed the problem.
