    Help! I can't use my 8310. It freezes when I try to access the call log, then I can't use anything on the keyboard. No calling, nothing. Can anyone help me fix this without having to take it back to Verizon? I've only had this for a month so I'm a newbie.

    Try pulling the battery to free up memory. Do this while the device is on. Don't worry you won't loose any data. Also read thru the links in my sig on issues like this.
