    I have a BB 8130 - Sprint. It would not respond to anything (keyboard) Track ball moves directionally but will not allow me to enter. I wiped it with JL Com. and put the new operating system on. When it came back up for the 5 minutes, it said to return to RIM and listed the address and said the phone was locked. It worked for about 10 minutes, and then the camera came on and started taking pictures on its own. I then take out the battery and when it comes back on it has the welcome screen to run setup wizard, but the track ball won't allow me to enter. No response from keyboard either.

    PLEASE HELP!!

    If you just got it then return it for another.

    I bought it on ebay and it was new. Only used it for about 3 months.

    It Was My Daughters Phone, Says She Spilled A Drink On It About A Month Ago... But It Worked Fine After That
