is showing what looks like a little cassette tape in the top part of the screen in the middle. Why is it there? I do not have anything in voicemail. Thanks.

call your voicemail again sometimes if you hang up before it's done processing your delete or save it might stay on there until you call again. also with the phone on pull out the battery for 30 seconds and put it back in

Tried both things and it is still there.

Got it! Called into my phone and left a message and then called voicemail and deleted it and symbol went away. Thanks.
