i am selling my 8130 and have been able to delete most of my personal info off of it like the phone book but how do i delete my phone number the one the phone was activated with ?

no sir phone has been cut off since 10/16/08

i am using the same number on my new phone the curve kinda strange i have got all the other info off but my phone number and i don't want to ship it off with that still on it.

Hit the green call button, then options>general options. Under show my number, select no.

once someone activates it, it will show there number.

you may also want to call the carrier it was associated with and tell them you intend to sell it and ask them to release the ESN.
