Got a question for you guys. I have a BB 8120 on T-mobile, not even 2 months old and the crazy thing keeps on whiting out. This happens and normally it reboots or shuts itself off, but the past few times I have had to pull the battery to reset it. I have never unlocked the phone and it has lived in a case the whole time. The only apps that I have installed are the BBWeather and the NY Times feed. I have reinstalled the 4.5.0.124 firmware that T-Mobile has on their site twice now, and it is still happening. What do you guys have to say on the issue?
Try deleting the two apps, and give it a day. If all is well, and this I would strongly advise, add one app a day. That way if there is an issue, it's easy to trace. If you still get the white screen of death without the apps, take her back on a warranty exchange.
