    I've just got my blackberry 8120 on orange uk and was wondering is there an OS upgrade as with my last few phones first job out of the box is a firmware update, i'm cueently on version 4.3 and do updates come from blackberry or from the network?

    You probably have the latest OS but orange will have a blackberry software downloads page on their website somewhere if you would like to check.

    Does Orange have their own Blackberry support page or mini-site ?
    O2 (who I'm with) has its own bit for upgrades & so on

    I think you've probably got the latest.......we are all awaiting 4.5 OS which is the next big upgrade....you'll see it mentioned alot on this site
