Let me explain a couple of things. I have several BB devices that I have used on my corporate network and I love BB's. Having said that the hassle involved in changing a device from BES to BIS has got to be improved.
I have an 8120 that I wish to setup on BIS. I contacted by IT folks and had them pull my PIN out of the BES. My problem now is that even when I wipe the handheld and attempt to set it up again I only get the option of BES or no mail setup. How do I fix this?
I should have also noted that I have installed desktop manager on a clean machine that is at home and not connected to my corporate network or connected to BES in any way.
I also have reset the IT policy and wiped the handheld again with no success.
