    Hey guys,

    I'm having a bit of trouble upgrading my Pearl 8110 to the latest software version. It's currently running 4.5.0.52, but from what I understand the latest version available to me for my AT&T phone should be 4.5.0.306.

    The instructions I've gotten is to download the desktop software and the handheld software, then connect the phone via USB with the desktop software running. It's supposed to detect that there's a newer version available and begin the upgrade.

    Needless to say, that's not happening for me. I've downloaded the appropriate software and installed it, but there's no auto upgrade. I've done a manual upgrade from within the desktop software, but I'm told there isn't one available.

    Am I doing something wrong?
