Please help me with this problem the Pearl 8100 keeps rebooting ,tried device mgr and will not load application software ,must b doing sum thing wrong Help!
If you take the battery out for a few seconds, with the phone on, then put it back, does that stop the continuous rebooting? If it does not, you will have to remove the OS and reload it on the phone. That's not trivial, especially for a new users, so I hope it's not necessary.
