I have two email accounts set up on my BB, but I only have one icon for one of my accounts. How do I view my emails on my other account. The only way right now is to view them under messages, but its annoying sorting through texts and two email account messages. Is there a way to get another icon or folder for my other account?

Go into your BIS account on your computer and click on Send Service Books. It should open up another email icon on your BB.

Go to email accounts, then options, then general options, then sms and email inboxes: seperate. The go to your home screen and push the menu button, and scroll to show all and make sure you don't have one of your icons hidden. I you do uncheck it then check show all again and it will hide the rest again.
