Well the Pearl was my first BB and I had it for over a year 1/2. Loved every moment of it! Even though the newer Pearls have WI-FI and GPS I thought it was time to upgrade to a device with a bigger screen. Having a larger screen will be a plus when using the GPS and of course browsing.

You will love your Curve, there is nothing else like it. But keep your Pearl as a backup, the hard part will be learning how to use it again if you ever have to have a backup.

You will love it, I still run with m Pearl 8100 & Curve ( one for voice and one for data so you know wgat is next ) For some reason I pulled out ALL of my past BB buddies, from the 850, a 7290, 7100, put them beside the latest. This is the best stuff but, it sure does raise customer expectations if you are an Account Manager.

Congrats & did you know DTOP MG 4.6 will load iTunes directly to your 8300?

Thants the plan it was in need of an overhaul ..new screen and that little silver plastic piece around the trackball fell off somewhere..
