    My girlfriend just bought a pearl for att yesterday and i set up her email to direct emails from her college account and it recieves the eamils but when she tries to reply it only gives her the option to save as a draft. Any help?

    we go to the university of alabama and it is an email account throught the university. I have my account set up on my 8320 and it works fine.

    You need to resend the service books. Go to your BIS website, and resend the service books from there (or call the carrier, and have them do it for you)...

    Log into your BIS account, and resend service books. I'm thinking that should take care of it.
