    I have a 9105, which I've been happy with. Around a week ago I (stupidly) I downloaded a software update from the Blackberry Desktop. Since then the phone is lit up like a xmas tree 24/7, now have to charge the battery twice a day & don't like the changes to the phone. My question is can I remove the software update & revert the phone to it's previous settings, features etc & is the constant light the reason for the battery draining?

    Normally you are able to downgrade.
    Yes , a bright screen makes a huge difference...
