Wich one should i get to replace my Z10?

I'd recommend trying both and going with the one that fits your needs best. Keep it simple, because you ask any three members, you might get 9 different answers. ;)
I would agree. Depends on use and comfort.

Z30 is the most logical step. Passport is the more radical step.
A Ferrari or Lamborghini??

I went from Z10 to Passport and I am absolutely happy. You need to try them. For me it was all about width of screen and physical keyboard. But don't get me wrong the Z30 is a fantastic device. It comes down to personal preference.
Add ESSOO said it best above. Nice way to put it!

So did I and I have no regrets. I was actually pretty sure that I was going to get the z30 but then the more I read about the Passport the more I was convinced I should get that instead. Plus I've had no problems adjusting to the physical keyboard.

It all comes down to what’s best for your needs. Will you be using the device more for social networking, gaming and watching videos or will you be inclined to use the device more for corporate type things like banging out countless emails, reviewing spreadsheets and typing lengthy reports?
Of course, you could do all of these things with almost any single BlackBerry device, but I bring this up because of the aspect ratio debate that says they’re better ratios dependent on what the device is being used for, hence the different aspect ratios and screen size like the 5” 16:9 display ratio for the BlackBerry Z30 – which is geared more towards the consumer market vs. the BlackBerry Passport with the 4.5”1:1 (squared) display ratio that is clearly geared more towards the professional enterprise market.
Both are fantastic devices with very similar overall screen real-estate despite the different sized displays that they carry. Both can do the same job, just some things more appropriately than the other due to the different aspect ratios and display size. In the end, it’s going to come down to which device best suits your needs and nobody knows that better than you.
I got both!
Posted via CB10, now from a Z30
I have both device. Love the Passport and the size is not a problem even though I have small hands. The only thing I miss on my Z30 is the Amoled screen I like it better.

I chose to use my Passport as my daily driver because its screen is better and has better computational power. But Z30 is better for single handed uses and i am faster in using the virtual keyboard, the battery seems to last a hour or two longer too.
Both are fantastic devices if you like BlackBerry 10.

I'm replying from my old Verizon Z30. Had a Z10 at launch then Z30 then Passport. After using the Passport primarily which took about a week to fully get used to holding and typing, I started using the Z30 over WiFi and I honestly hate this form factor now.
The Passport just feels so right. There is no virtual keyboard in the way so you do get more screen real estate for typing and browsing. The screen is light years better than the Z30. The Z10 had a nice screen and, at least for me, there is a noticeable decline in this area on the 30.
For apps, you will have more support in general on the 30. The camera on the Passport is much better as well. You know the specs. If you can afford it, I would say get the Passport and don't look back.
There is a reason the Z30 is unlocked under $300. It's a great slab, just like the rest on the market and is not much bigger or better than your Z10. The Passport on the other hand would be a huge leap in functionality and specs.
Just give yourself some time to get used to it and you won't look back. The Z10 to the Z30 is just not much of a jump besides battery in my opinion and the Passport has that taken care of as well. Would highly recommend the Passport if you are more into browsing, emails, texting. I browse the Internet a lot and the Passport is great for this.
At this point, the Z30, while still a great device, just wouldn't be worth the jump if money is irrelevant. If the Z30 and Passport were released together, I would have went right for the Passport from the Z10. In the end, you have to decide what is best for you though.

Funny.. I got both.. best of both worlds

I have both and I'm still debating on which one will be my secondary phone - I like them both that much!
Passed the Z30 to my wife, enjoying the passport now

I went from a z10 to a passport and it is amazing. The z30 is a great bit of kit, but it is not a large upgrade from the z10. The screen is better for watching movies, but that is about it. I agree with others - once you are used to the pp, going back to a 'normal' phone seems wierd. I don't use my laptop or tablet at all now - all my needs are met by the passport.

Had I been able to buy the Z30 for $299, I would have bought it instead. The Passport is a monster phone, but I wasn't sure at first that I liked the size and the keyboard. After a few days, I got the hang of the keyboard and the phone started learning my words and it all started to gel. The Z30 would have been an effortless transition.
The Passport is a mobile computer that does phone tasks. The Z30 is a phone that does mobile computing tasks. What do you do with your device most? The Passport is a niche device that had greater than expected consumer appeal.
It is, for all intents and purposes, a hand held laptop. If it was a Windows Phone device, it would be a runaway hit, IMHO.
So Z30 for the $299 fire sale price is hard to pass up. If you want to step up to the Passport later, you could sell it for very close to what you paid. I've had the 9900 and Z10 and currently have a Passport.

I'm considering the same thing...for me though the Passport appears to be the choice. I love all touchscreen and yelled for years that BB should have one...now I'm back to the keys! HAHA. Passport screen is bigger and the setup is much better (ok...different) than Z30. I probably will still pickup the Z30 after the fact...cousin is selling his to get a Passport.
passport is faster than z30 and better build
I upgraded from my Z10 to my Z30 a year ago and loved and continue to love the Z30. And I still use my z10 on wifi mostly as a music player to a bluetooth speaker. My PlayBook SIM is now in my Z30 permanently as I got my Passport a few weeks ago now. I love having both and I am looking forward to getting 10.3.1 on my Z30 asap (my z10 has a 10.3.0 leak). I love my passport. It is everything I have wanted, even back when I bought my Bold 9900 despite it's small screen (I said then I needed a BlackBerry with a large screen and keyboard and the torch was too heavy and awkward). If I had to choose, movies and TV (Netflix) and any other video are fine on my Passport although this is something I use my Z30 specifically for now and prefer having on a second device like the Z30 that I don't need to use for text, email, BBM, or phone... Since my Z30 is priced as a tablet and shares data as a tablet and it is the perfect sized tablet that I use for things including Remote Desktop to PCs and servers, I keep it as a tablet and backup phone. I use it for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter... too, but again, if I had to choose, hands down my passport is what I would choose because both reading and writing are far better on the Passport. Watching is still second priority, but it is still something I do regularly on it happily without picking up my Z30. We'll see once 10.3.1 is on my Z30 though, as I think I will watch Netflix on it instead o my passport in addition to other video I watch now. But despite being a fast typer on my Z30, I dislike having to correct so much. Wrong words, typos and too many periods. Typing on the Passport is easy and accurate. Very little correcting and editing is a huge step up when it comes to ease of use and productivity, even though 10.3.x offers ba better experience for that on my Z10 as well and which will be better on my Z30 once it gets 10.3.1.
Some games and apps are not yet available or functional on the Passport (I had one, Animmog, that wasn't available on the Z30 that was and is on my Z10 and no surprise it is not available on my Passport either). But I suspect that if the Passport continues to be popular and bring people back to BlackBerry as I see it has been (I get lots of interest in mine unlike for the Z10 and even the Z30). And I often demo the Passport with my Z30.
If you will use keyboard shortcuts, this is a significant advantage too. So many things can be one button away. And this is functionality that I think will expand with the Passport and Classic out there. I didn't need it on my Z30, but I certainly appreciate it on my Passport. Working through email, calendar, browser... There are many things where shortcuts are the simplest and fastest path to what I need.
Rockin a Passport with my Awesome Z30! Two great devices are better than 1!
I have both as well and already posted my opinion, but it is really a huge step up from the Z10. With the Z30, the only noticeable difference will be the battery and bigger but poorer screen. It you are not a big app person, definitely get the Passport. Look at the specs.
When side by side the phones are almost the same size and since the screen is not that great on the Z30, I'd pass. I have all three and the Z10 screen blows out the Z30 and is on a similar level to the Passport with my eyes.
There are better touch screen devices out there, although without BB10. The phone is outdated. Yes, there are a few more relatively unnoticeable advantages on the Z30 but really not relevant enough to even mention. Let me see... battery, screen slightly larger, nice speakers... about it.
Unless you are getting it new during the sale for $299 unlocked, I would rather keep the Z10 if I had to give one away from the two. This is coming from someone that has used both since they were both launched and just bought them both unlocked as spares since switching to GSM.
Using the Z30 mostly as my throw around phone to post and check the Internet, and also be able to not worry about the thing. I definitely do not love it. Love the Z10, but the battery needs to be bigger.
The Z30 is not all that great and not worth upgrading to from a Z10 at this point in time. The screen on the Z30 is the killer as both the Z10 and Passport are so much better. I can say I love the Passport as well.
Either get an aftermarket Z10 battery or the Passport if you have to choose. Didn't want to be so blunt the first time, but I am just being honest. The Passport is much better in every way in functionality, somewhat future proof with the best specs ever on a BlackBerry, but is worse for an app user. That is nothing against the phone, but how it is used.
Ultimately, you decide. I'd honestly buy a nice big aftermarket battery and new back for the Z10 before upgrading to the Z30. Again, if you are using the sale just grab one. That is about all it is worth at $299 unlocked. The Z10 write down had that at $199 forever, but I would say they are worth about the same.
For me, if I couldn't choose or buy both I'd keep the Z10 over the Z30. Not even worth the upgrade to the Z30 in my opinion. They are for the most part priced at what they are all worth right now. Do not sign a contract for the Z30, you will likely regret it unless another carrier buys you out of it.
Z10 with a nice battery or go all out and get another high end device with the Passport! Sorry, but right now the Z30 is mid-range... still a great device, but is outclassed everywhere in the 5" market.
