I own a BlackBerry Passport and a Priv Powered By BlackBerry.
After reading forums and posts online, I was going to switch back to my BlackBerry Passport for a while.

I charged my device and was ready to go. I decided to watch a YouTube video, by ArsenalFanTV. It was slow, stuttering, and simply poor.

From my Priv, I ran the same YouTube video. It ran flawlessly. I was rather frustrated at the quality of performance from my Passport.

Anyone else run certain comparisons between those two said devices?

Both on the same carrier? Is the Passport on T-Mobile by chance? If so it could be this.....

Both on AT&T. Albeit, I will say, at the time the Passport was ONLY on WIFI...

Issues with your WiFi network? I'm sure I don't need to run through debugging with you. Try changing channels, try rebooting the router, etc (you know the drill, you're an IT guy LOL)
