    I purchased a Telus model on eBay - it was locked to the network, so I had to get an unlock code.

    Two rows unlocked does mean that you should be able to use a Telus Passport on a subsidiary network (like Koodo).

    I do know my old locked-to-Rogers Z10 worked on Fido without any extra effort.

    TELUS unlocked for GLOBE Philippines.
    Tip: if you're ever traveling to Philippines, buy your Internet by the day not the month like I did. Sooo slow.

    yes you should be able to use it on koodo as i use telus z10 on koodo as they as same. hope this helps
