I have the passport since early October 2014. I never turn it off except when there is an OS update. It's been often up for more than 4-6 months.

decided to give this device additional chance and order a new one from local telco operator. i'll return current unit ...

I reloaded an OS this week on my passport SE and a selective restore of settings and apps and my restart issues have almost dissapeared. I have never had problems with my original passport, btw.

My Passport has had several random reboots in the few months I've owned it. I don't use any Android apps, but I keep a few active frames open (just Calendar, Remember, weather app). It's a bit annoying waking up late to find the SIM PIN screen staring at you: I can't trust the device as an alarm any more.

Original Passport and never rebooted by itself in 6 months. I reboot it myself every couple of weeks mostly out of habit. 1 Android app and 61 BB apps on software release 10.3.2.2474.

No. I have over 150 apps on my Passport but none android.
If I cannot control all permissions, I delete them.

Back on a new passport se. Setup almost ready including android runtime and cobalt packs. I will share my findings after few days of usage

Let me report to all of you that in the last 2 weeks with my new passport se I haven't experienced any restarts.

I can state now my previous issues where related to defective unit.
