    There's no option to use a pin password anymore on my PassportSQW100-1/10.3.2.2876.

    Sideloading an apk doesn't work

    Device feels sluggish and laggy.

    Did they intentionally cripple BB10 for the Priv?

    Touch change device password to set a Pin. Could be a bad APK file. How do you know the issue is BB 10?

    It looks like he might be trying to open an APK file within a Zip file.

    However, the APK looks bad, here's how the icon should look in file manager:

    Please take note that an apk file have a thumbnail that says apk. You can also try to rename the file before executing it to make sure it is an apk

    Congrats! Just remember to learn how to use it properly so you won't screw it up like you did the Passport. Honestly, it was your own error that screwed up the Passport...but we won't tell your wife. Enjoy the new phone!
