Only if it was the aT&T model with a wireless charger

Yes I would buy a Passport.

X - 2 or maybe x 500?.... :)
Ordering a white for work, leaving silver edition home...

No. It is a software issue that both BlackBerry and AT&T recognize. 10.3.2.556 is latest available through carrier.

I'm honestly not sure. I'd buy a Passport with improved specs but having the White and Silver Edition Passports unless something happened to both I don't see myself buying another.
Is this in light of the recent events of what happened to the native fb app?

What model of BlackBerry Curve is in the picture? I also have a BlackBerry Curve (8520), a Z10 (white) and a Passport (SE).

Dude, I was enjoying this thread not being in pains for that "facebook app". Please don't... just don't... Some people are buying smartphones and not Facebook app devices.

SmartPHONE being the operative word. A mobile phones core function is a communication device. Facebook, for many, is the only means to CONTACT certain friends or relatives.
I love BB10 bro, but the day Nems app gets blocked by fb will be the day I head out to get a new device running an inferior OS (android).
I hope BB10 is a viable OS for as long as possible. App support is deteriorating much quicker than I/we originally thought, however.

What a difference a week makes, last week I was saying " damn right I'll get one!!", but this week, I'll think I'll pass.....

Facebook is the only means to CONTACT certain friends or relatives by choice. And you can still do that from the browser. I also use Facebook to stay in touch with friends and family, but if Facebook will not be available for me there are plenty of other options.
Once again, don't. Just.... don't.
If you wanna say you wouldn't buy a BlackBerry Passport today because there is no Facebook app available fair enough, but you should remember that the Facebook app was crappy in the days Passport was released.
So you won't buy a BlackBerry Passport nowadays.
Now we can leave this thread keeping the same topic it started with.

Truth hurts doesn't it?

I know right. I've been eyeing a Passport SE's on ebay for a little while now..

I am not sure if you are not reading my comments or you don't know what are typing. I don't care about the Facebook app.
People whom I comunicate with on Facebook are also my contacts on Viber and BBM because on BlackBerry I wasn't able to make calls using facebook, and also I am not willing to make calls on facebook.
The only way you can cover your comments about the truth that hurts is explaining it. What truth hurts? And don't forget to use this simbol "," between 2 sentences.
Have fun in school.

That's the latest in a series of things to befall BB10 in the last 6-12 months. I love my Passports (and all my BB10 devices) but I no longer believe in BlackBerry's commitment to the platform currently or in the future. Like it or not Facebook is a big deal and is something I need for work (along with Twitter).
I plan to keep using my Silver Edition as my main phone for most of this year and possibly longer but if something were to happen to it and my White Passport I would be fine with my Z30 and Q10.
Same here. Me personally, I don't care about FB or whatssap. But as I stated earlier. I see my z30 being quickly relegated to just emails. And that's how I had it up to about a month or so ago anyways, so I've moved on already. But I like it for sending attachments via email for the most part. And the password keeper

Although at some point down the line, for the right price of course, I may still get one and use it until it seizes to function, lol
Posted via CB10
As a first BB10 phone I would say no, but I'm hoping the price drops to ridiculous prices so I can scoop them all up in every color on the cheap.
