Hi Bosniac, can you please tell me if on your 2 Passports does the keyboard lighten up evenly across? On mine the letters on the right side the Q A Z and on the left side P the return key and the enter keys are brighter then the rest of them. Thanks

I never realized this until your post, but on the left side of my kb the Q A Z are the brightest and on the right the P Return and Delete are brightest. Seems like the keys get gradually dimmer as you head towards the center of the kb

Yes, every BlackBerry I have ever had has not been perfect.

The key lighting on the Passport at the far left and far right is slightly brighter than towards the middle if you look close and concentrate. It is like this on all three that we have. But the Silver models we have does not have the very slight leakage of light at the Edge that my Original has.

To me, what I see, is only noticeable if you are looking for it, and then it isn't much.

If this is correct, http://forums.crackberry.com/showthread.php?t=1092772 , then it would appear that over 250 people (not counting the ones that may have ordered more than one) are also still willing to buy the Passport. :-)

Sadly, if I were needing another phone right now, the PRIV and all that you can do with Android would pull me away.

I'm a week two (glitch that gave us a great discount) buyer of the original Passport, but I'm pretty much using mostly Android apps now.

Your main issue will be adapting to Passport keyboard. It takes time.

I haven't ever had a better phone than the Passport Silver Edition. I got the Classic late last year and it was exceptional over my Bold. So sad that everyone doesn't have a Passport SE! Amazing.

Secretly I'm glad every body doesn't have one. I love the exclusivity and the looks of wonder when I use mine. Oh, the envy on their faces. :-)

Do you like the SE much more than the OR? I just bought a backup OR after using the ATT model for awhile. I must admit that I like the OR more at the moment. It seems much thinner and the lines are better.

The Passport is the only phone I can see using even after I get my Priv. Just dropped the phone again on concrete with a vicious knock right on the corner. My GPS was bust a fall ago but nothing else worse for wear. This phone has had many hard drops without a case - I am a fool but I love the look of the bare phone. The phone is tough. Will try and fix GPS once I get the priv... hope I don't miss the SE Passport too much! I might need to buy another

Just bought a new Passport SE on the $299 closeout through ShopBlackberry. Just too good of deal to pass up. I sold my old SE six months ago. Dumbest thing I ever did. What irritates me is that I got in on the deal where they gave you three cases, and the charging dock, and I let all that go with my old Passport. How stupid could I be?
I love my Samsung S7 Edge. But I can text and email five times faster on the Passport.
