Hi everyone. I am really considering buying Passport SE. But I want to ask opinion on the following apps as these are the only apps I use in my iPhone 6+. Can anyone tell me how efficiently these apps work?

1. Facebook
2. Instagram (I know that there is a third party client)
3. Whatsapp
4. Twitter
5. YouTube
6. Viber
7. Spotify
8. Soundcloud
9. Skype
10. LinkedIn

Most of the apps listed can easily be downloaded from Amazon app market or google play store (after few tweaks). Some you can't still get from BB app world. BTW, BB PP SE is a solid tool. All the best!

I have an SE, been using it for about 3 months. Love it, love it, love it! Would buy another one in a heartbeat, I wish they would continue with this design and push it further. Passport 2 anyone?

Facebook don't work, no native Instagram client, WhatsApp will end support at the end of the year, Twitter - forget about it etc. etc. If you are dependent on these apps, I would simply stay away from the Passport. Sorry. Btw, I'm sadder than you. I've had my Passport for 1 year and 9 months now, but the sad *fact* is that BlackBerry has stopped supporting their own OS.

I've answered this thread before and yes definitely I would buy another and thinking about the SE. Just today while outside enjoying the nice summer weather I realized even more how much I like this device. Throughout the day I barely turn my computer or tablet on especially if outdoors. The Passport screen is perfect for viewing documents or the Web and I can just put it in the holster and go at anytime. It has turned out to be the best device I have purchased.

As a matter of fact yes. Just got a new SE after the first one had a camera defect. I used the Classic in the mean time and really enjoyed it. It reminded me of my Bold era. Although slower than the SE it still performed very well but after 10 days I started missing all the features of the Passport. Don't get me wrong the Classic is still a fantastic device and I'm gladly using both, the SE as my daily driver the Classic for those days where a more pocketable device is warranted. Glad my initial Passport was still under warranty and that they replaced it with a non-refurbished one. Crackberry customer service was fantastic and it all went like a breeze.

I'm coming back from the Priv. I'll definitely keep my Priv but I miss bb10 and it's fluidness for messaging. Working in sales that's important for me, more so than snapchat and google+ support.

I'm still loving my Passport SE I been using it for more than a month now with Priv as my second device I still think it's worth it I just more native app for BB10. Though the side load works still kinda slow I'm using 2 fittness wearable atlas(for weight lift) and jawbone(for steps sleep monitoring)

Passport is very elegant and is really good for messaging, I'm still breaking in the keyboard but it's very well made. And going back to bb10 is refreshing and fluid, and just flows together so nicely.

Hello everyone,

Just bought and received my BlackBerry Passport SE edition and it is a fantastic device I mean literally. It's fast really don't need app to do what needs to be done with a phone. I really don't know why I heard so many bad things about the phone. Previous to that I had a galaxy note 4 and I definitely prefer the passport with the keyboard than the stylus for the note 4.
I heard WhatsApp will be no more on bb10 that's OK I will convince all my friend to download BlackBerry Messenger.

I get Facebook just fine. I'm not a hugh app guy so I can't comment on the rest. I do miss my Credit Union app for mobile banking but I can use my Galaxy Tab for that.

I can feel it beginning to transform my smartphone needs. Once I get used to this keyboard it's over haha. The design on this is beautiful and fits in your pocket nicely. And even feels great in the hands.
