    It's working normally for me.
    What OS are you on? Have you tried re-installing it?

    One of the developer was asking for suggestions lately, check this thread, he might be monitoring it :

    He also was featured in a BlackBerry blog post, from reading that article, we learn that he's not a full-time BlackBerry 10 developer, so he might have less time for support these days, who knows.‎

    Work Wide is one of the apps that has been updated frequently in the past, I'm sure the developer will get back to you.‎
