    Every time I try to connect my passport to the orange data services it gives me this notification

    you need to contact your provider and ask them what the APN is and override what is on your phone....you can type it in yourself i believe

    The APN should automatically set based on the SIM card you put into the phone. At least that's what every Passport has done for me.

    Go to settings
    Network and Connections
    Tap on mobile network
    At the bottom of that screen you will see a little gear with letters APN, tap on it. And the APN settings menu opens.
    Then at the bottom of that screen you tap on the reset defaults
