i wonder why people is questionning the fact if it will fit their pocket!
We all (almost all) own a Passport right?
Have you ever been hassled by the fact you couldn't put your Passport in your pocket?
The passport (original form factor) was created to fit in the pockets, so there's no debate imho.
If you have smaller pockets than regular folks then change your garde-robe... or buy a Classic

(just saw WincyUt told the same i though before me ...)
Er...no. A passports fits into a jacket pocket or back pocket, but it's not that easy to fit a passport into a front pocket (or at least, if you put it there you'd certainly know about it), which I'd guess is where most people will keep their phone.

Not only that, a passport is flat. this will have more bulk to it. I don't see it fitting in my jeans pocket at all. And no I don't wear painted on jeans all the time.

even my Z30 fits in my front pocket shirts, except that the phone protrudes. What type and size of shirts do you wear? Just curious.

From a male perspective, my PlayBook slides into the back pocket of my jeans ok. I expect to have no problem with the Passport.

The more I see it, the more I think the Passport looks pretty damn cool.

However, part of me can't help but feel it's the evolution of the PDA, sort of Palm Treo style.

I'm not really sure whether the thing looks futuristic or anachronistic. I think the sharp corners make it look futuristic. With rounded corners the Passport may look decidedly less futuristic.

Keyboard is going to be the bread and butter once again! The symbols and numbers will be easily accessible to bring up. The actual keys seem to also be able touched / swiped without pressing, much like a full touch. (We'll have to see) . Love the solid Black Chin and the 1:1 aspects. Starting to think this may be my next BB.
