I just looked at the Adapter included with the Phones purchased from ShopBlackBerry. It is the US mains H-plug, but supports 100-240v input. You would be able to use it with an adapter that adapts the plug to what ever outlet is used for India. These are typically called travel adapters, no electronics to them, just a conversion of the plug so it fits into the local outlets.

Any micro USB will work as long as it's above 800mhz.

Buy original Passport wall charger from local vendor for around Rs. 1,200/-., Passport wall charger is rated with 1350MaH (milli ampere per hour) rating. Silver edition PP uses same charger.
You can use Samsung 2.0 mah rated charger as well but try not to use it regularly.
