If I have both my WiFi and Mobile Network data turned on, will the Passport use the WiFi connection for Internet downloads first? Or, will data be used from my cell phone network first? Should I just turn off my Mobile Network data when I'm using WiFi?

I'm worried that my cell phone bill will be high if I overuse my cell phone data plan when I'm at home intending to use WiFi.

If you see the left Wifi signal on with White bars, then it's using Wifi first.

Give WiFi a high five,It should be available to you first, otherwise the telco's would be in hot water for not providing it and screwing you.But I would be concerned about the drain on the battery downloading over WiFi if you're not pluged in to a powersource,Oh I forgot you have a Passport, haha

Passport is the best phone ever! I've played around with Android and iPhones, but the Passport is my favorite so far. I really love this phone!

If you are still uncomfortable leaving both of them 'ON' and you want peace of mind, you can go to your 'Mobile Network' and turnoff your 'Data Services'.

You just turn it on again whenever you are out-of-range of your wifi...

The phone is set up to prioritize WiFi first, if WiFi is available.
    Just keep them both on.

And when your I range of your WiFi the phone will connect to WiFi.
And when you leave WiFi range the phone will connect to mobile data.
