    Hi all, does anyone more experienced than me knows why I cannot connect via wifi to my office router? It sees the network but says unable to connect. I easily connect my note3 and my iphone, but BlackBerry passport says no!!! With other wifi it works!

    I've never seen a wifi netwrok I could not connect to. Sometimes, the profile doesn't mathc the hotspot, and you have do delete the network from the prefered ones to make it work again.

    Hi thanks, unfortunately I did it several times but it doesn't work. that is the first time also for me in 10 years that I use regularly wifi connections. any other suggestion? reset the phone?.

    I constantly get connection limited on my office network. Wreaks havoc with the facebook messenger app sometimes

    Mine also did the same! iPad, Macbook, PC, all no problem connecting. The only way to reconnect again is to restart the router. Which is annoying..

    Wifi signal reception in passport seems weakest among BB10 phones in my opinion. Keeps on getting disconnected from my home wifi, which my Q10 has no problem connecting to.

    The same issue is there on my z10. It is unable to connect some wifi routers where android phone, tab were able to connect.

    My passport also have these issues. Just denied to connect some networks.in same time my other devices connect just easy. i hope that this issue will be fixed in the upcoming update.

    Having the same issue here, not sure of the cause, have tried tweaking a lot of setting on the router etc.

    z30 ran flawlessly up to this point, passport, doesnt seem to want to connect properly with the router.

    Have done a bunch of searches and read a lot. I do not seem to find any concrete answer to this problem

    I have to say, extremely disappointing to me, I thought the passport was going to be perfect for me, now it seems it may be a dud.
