I have a Passport SE from shopberry on Tmobile. I did manualy update it to 10.3.2.2813 two weeks ago. The phone is working great and I finally got WiFi calling. How ever, when I am on WiFi calling with no signal from Tmobile, I can use the WiFi for outgoing calls with out a problem but for incoming calls there is a big issue: when I take the call there are some beeps like Fax Beeps and there is no way to take the calls.
Does anybody experienced this issue too?
    Thanks

Yes, many people have had issues with T-Mobile and WiFi calling on BB10. (I have the issue with my Passport.) Works occasionally, but very inconsistent. Dropped calls, stuttering sound, and weird noises. Someone posted that it was a T-Mobile issue and they were "working on it." I think it's a BB10 issue, so I stopped using WiFi calling several weeks ago.

Maybe that's why wifi calling has been removed from the latest OS 2876?

Funny thing today I get a notification in my hub to use wifi calling but when I opened notification, it just took me to my wifi page in the settings. No wifi calling settings.

Any updates at all? I just got my Passport SE and it's running 10.3.2.2836 but I keep getting REG99 errors. Called TMobile several times and they reset the wifi calling, but it just keeps coming back with the REG99 error(I did have to side load the Wifi calling app as there is no other way to configure it on .2836) Every time I connect to a wifi network I keep getting a Wi-Fi Calling notification.

    Thanks,
    John C.

I'm in the same boat as you. I keep getting the REG99 error. Hoping someone on here can figure this out!

I've seen other threads talking about the wifi router settings but I've tried activating it both at home and at work(two different routers) without any luck. I'll try one more shot with TMobile and see if they can specifically reset my e911(I can't edit it or do anything online with it.) Hope something works...

When I called TMO they said it should be working. I don't know if iOS devices use something different when it comes to wi-fi calling, but I can call and text when I use my 6Plus. The next step they said would be to send me another sim card.

How did you side load the T Mobile Wifi calling app? When I try to load it on my Passport, it says it will not work on my device.

I also have issues with wifi calling. Often I can make one good call but need to reboot after that.
I rarely use it so it's no big deal, but if you rely on wifi calling, perhaps a different model would be good.

You have to be running the 2814 Radio for tmo WiFi Calling to work. The 2877 radio doesn't have it.

I have been looking to buy a passport and was waiting until it for sure could do wifi calling. This is a feature I use and count on a lot. Q10 is ready to go to pasture.....
