    I had the same wifi issues before with my q10... I can't switch the wifi off in the settings menu, only in the home screen drop down window. And when this happens I can't connect to any wifi. I have to reboot my passport and then it will work for the first two or three connection attempts and then it will have the same problems all over again and I again have to restart...

    Every frigging iPhone or Samsung can connect to that wifi but my blackberry can't! Is it so hard to fix that problem!??!?? Apparently BlackBerry can't fix it!!!! So anoying!!!!!

    anyone else has that problem? Did you solve it?

    By the way I am running os 10.3.1.1779

    Are both phones running the same OS? Have you tried changing the OS?

    I am now only using the passport and it is running the latest os available... I don't use the q10 anymore, but it had an older os version
