In case you don't get your Wi-Fi calling working again I would download Skype it works fine
It has been my experience that the WiFi Calling works on some WiFi networks and not others.
Can you try a different WiFi connection?
Assuming you are in the USA, the only carrier that supports wifi calling is TMo. So, if you are not a TMo subscriber, you are out of luck.
No I live in the UK - London

I'm on T-Mobile USA and upgraded to 10.3.3. At first I did have the WiFi calling icon. But days later it appeared for no reason. Unable to find any setting to get rid of the darn icon and don't want Wifi calling.

You need to install the T-Mobile wifi calling app to disable it.
Yeah, I found that app in blackberry world after some searching.
Here's the link for anyone who doesn't have it.

The full link to download the BlackBerry wi-fi calling app, which has a "disable wi-fi calling" option is- http://appworld.blackberry.com/webst...tent/35524900/
For some reason, the posted link keeps truncating here, which results in an error message on my BlackBerry Passport. The missing part is "... /webstore/content/ ..."
I'm have an unlocked Passport SE on Metro PCS and I have WiFi calling enabled. Had to download the Tmo WiFi calling app to have the ability to disable it though.

Does the WiFi calling work on Metro since it runs on TMO towers?

Yeah it works (I'm also have MetroPCS ). I tested it out by turning off mobile network and just having WiFi on. Although, I can't say how consistent it is; I only tested it a few times and about a minute each time.
