    Hello
    I bought my passort on february 8th 2015
    everything was working fine and suddenly I plug my passport this afternoon, the phone turned on, the blackberry logo appeared and then turned off immediately and it kept doing this over and over. I disconected the phone. 10 mintes later I tried it again and it did the same.
    Please help i don't know what to do!!!

    Plug your phone into BB link and you might have to reload your software.

    You might have to load an auto loader to get your Os back, do you have a back of your phone on link

    had the same problem awhile back, had to send it back to BlackBerry, they sent me a new device

    Less than fifteen days. Replace it

    Thank god it's not just me then...... my passport does not boot up, just keeps rebooting, and I can't connect it to BB link as it won't fully boot up, I get the blue logo progress circle and it sits there doing it over and over again.

    I saw this happening at a store. Rebooting over and over. So, I held the volume up and down keys for as long as it took to respond and it worked to resolve the problem.
