Yikes! And I've been freaking out, because it has been (a mere) 14 hours for me :huh: The wipe has been "stuck" on 97% now for the passed 6 hours :mad: hmmm...
Your Passports probably don't want to be security-wiped out...
Anyway, the proven way that make security wipe a lot faster is to delete / uninstall your installed apps / games one by one prior to final security wiping out... but it's probably too late for you guys...

Mine has been wiping for 4 days now, stuck on 99% for 2 days :( what happened with yours in the end?
I had the same issue. Plugged it into BlackBerry Link and reloaded the software...when I plugged it I held down the up/down button for 1# seconds until I got an error message on the passport.

I interrupted the security wipe with an autoloader.
