Hi, I'm new with the blackberry and I'm running a 10.3.2 software version and I install skype, chat is working fine, but when I try to call someone with a camera I can't reach that person, also when that try to call me I can't see the call, how can I fix that? Thanks in advance

Welcome to BlackBerry.... sadly it not a great time to just be getting into this platform.

If you do a search here, you'll find Skype has had "issues" for awhile. Some say the BB World version works just fine, while most think using an older Android version works better. Try Skype latest version not calling or receiving calls - BlackBerry Forums at CrackBerry.com
