    hello all ,, so i started to feel like my phone isnt as quick as before ,, it lags alot ,, so i decided to security wipe the device ,, now its almost 2 days , and its stuck on 98% ,,, is this normal ??? please advice me

    You'll want to reload the OS. Using an Autoloader is the easiest option.
    As my colleague so eloquently? said you need to autoload an OS on to your device to fix it, here's how....

    You COULD also try just connecting the device to a PC with BlackBerry Link installed and see if it will volunteer to load an OS, that MIGHT work. I'm not so sure how "common" of an issue this is, I have never had it happen to me while using BB10 devices. Although I have bricked older BBs in the past and I bricked an ipod touch (with iOS once too)

    Just restart it.
