    Hi, I have a BB Passport and i bought the PRIV so i decide to erase al my info of my current device so i did..., but i have an issue (www.bberror.com/bb10-10015) then I took it to a friend and he help me but now i have my BB Passport with this numbers [0x2C15858B] and i can`t use WhatsApp, change any wallpaper, call or something like that, can someone please just help me???

    Because they installed a beta OS for you. Get a proper OS on it by using one of the many available autoloaders or perhaps even using BlackBerry Link. Which OS is installed on your Passport currently?

    Hi! How are you? Thank for the reply, i use BBLink but when I re-load the OS says that an error has occurred... and i want to use some autoloaders but i don't know how, can you please help me?
