Tom Tom aka BlackBerry Maps took me to the wrong place a couple of times. It is more than 95% accurate but less than 100%. Needs to be higher accuracy but is no worse than a car gps on accuracy and POI so I use it a lot.

    Google Maps is best.

With the BeMaps update going to get the best of both!

Waze is awesome. I like that it provides different route options. However, I have found that the Android version for me lags too much.

You may want to try the version on the Amazon App Store. It probably differs from the Android version as Amazon uses a heavily modified Android operating system. I have used Amazon's Waze for a little over a week and I like it a lot. No lag. I am located in California, if it makes any difference. I don't use the native navigation app on my Passport anymore even though Waze does not seem to support voice commands. It may be that I do not know how to activate voice commands on Amazon's Waze. I have researched it but no luck finding a solution though the Android version has settings to enable voice commands.
