Im sorry if I am posting a question that already has been answered but I checked the forum and couldn't find an answer. I just received my new passport and I cannot get the blend to work. I am running window 8.1 and when I download the blackberry link from the blackberry website I cant find anything on there related to "blend". What am I missing?? I all have downloaded on my PCis blackberry link

Make sure you are on the BlackBerry Blend web page, the download contains an updated version of Blackberry Link as well as Blackberry Blend the file is called BlackberryDesktopsoftware installer 1_1_b29

I did download that. When I downloaded that, all I got was the Blackberry Link. I cant find anything to do with "Blend" I already have the blackberry link from when I bought my Z30.

I am at that page and when I tried to download it a second time it says everything is up to date including Blackberry blend, blackberry linc and device drivers. Then when I try to open the file, nothing pertaining to "blend" is available

Is there not a blend icon on your pc,

And did you install it after I you downloaded.

no blend icon no nothing. Just the Blackberry Link.

Did you install it. Go to the download in your download section and double click on it to do the se't up.
