Try doing a security wipe.... which should prompt your phone for an update. Make sure your back up on your phone's info since it will reset your phone.

From where did you purchase your device? What carrier are you on?
I purchased it from amazon (UK) and i am on cosmote-however the phone is unlocked.. backing up is also a thing because blackberry link works once every 100 tries
