You don't understand that a 65MB video is pretty big??? Whatsapp most probably don't have the servers to handle such a large video, nor would they want to.

Imagine if someone spam his whole contact list with 1GB videos???

Use a cloud service like everyone

Create a Dropbox account, upload the file to dropbox and send the person the link for them to download the file.

    Dropbox

Maybe it's your telco doesn't permit more than that volume transferred in one upload.

I seem to recall that not that many years ago phone telcos didn't permit maybe more than 15mb in any upload or download.

For my home videos sent to family members I use MEGA. Easy enough to upload using their app or Web site and share a link to family and friends. If interested the app can be downloaded from BlackBerry World:

You're right, you don't understand that you can't send the video because IT IS TOO BIG for the methods you are trying to use.

And, you've already been given the solution: INSTALL DROP BOX. Upload your "too large to send directly" video to DropBox, then create a Link which you can then email to whoever you want to download the video. They don't have to install DropBox, but you do if you want to send your video to someone else.

It's almost as easy to send the video via email as WhatsApp. All messenger apps limit data, because they don't want people overloading there servers, sending a message is only a few KB.

And all email systems have file attachment size limits. You may know the size limit at your end, but you may not know the limit at the recipients end.

I think that's a function / restriction of your ISP and / or email provider.
